Any Bad Experience of Phoning Samaritans?

Not when phoning them ,I am phone phobic , but when speaking to them on line via e mail. They told me there was nothing they could do to help me which was not a good response when i was suicidal ,might have been an honest one but they didn't even try, so i took an overdose ! I must be useless when even the samaritans reject me.
