Freaky lipgloss?

it sounds to me like an allergic reaction. when was the last time u cleaned/replaced your brush? all can be contributing factors. try putting it on w your finger only. if that still doesnt work, girl whatcha still trying it for!! dont do that to yourself and try a new gloss...theres tons out there that are awesome! plus u dont want to cause scarring or anything like that from the outbreaks.
