shape your burger into patties and fry them in the skillet for hamburger steaks. Then remove them from the pan when they are done. Use the same pan (don't wash it) add oil and your sliced onions and peppers. Cook til soft and remove from pan. Deglaze pan with a little water, broth, wine or worchestershire uce to make a glaze. Return veggies to pan and heat through. Serve veggies in glaze over each steak.
