What do you think of this outfit?

I found it at Maurice's. A blue long sleeve burnout tee with a black tank top underneath. They also have the tee in pink. Worn with a pair of low rise jeans. I am wanting to find a different style than what is offered in men's clothes. Do you think this would look ok on a guy. I am tall and slender.
