What should I do about my college roommate?

He is just the strangest kid I have ever met, I swear in his mind he is still 12 years old and not in college! All he does all day is play computer games and pokemon on his game boy!! He is always in the room ALL DAY, whenever I come in he is always there! he also takes gummy vitamins!!! wtff !! I am in a suite dorm with 2 other guys (which is the only reason I have not transfered) and they are cool. So anyway when we moved in his psycho parents asked me if I could wake him up in the morning!!! ... but he doesnt need help beacause his freaking 500 decibel alarm goes off every morning at 7!!!!!!! agh, i live close so i have fun on fridays, and then go home on saturday and sunday, i just cant stand the kid, what should I do?? Should I talk to my RA, maybe just let him know, i mean i caught him going through my clothes the other day!!!!
