Can/Should a funeral director behave like this?

I would have told him off in nine different ways. I can understand he may be upset for not receiving payment, however someone has ped away. the least they can do is show some respect by spelling your Moms name correctly. Also he should present himself in a professional manner, not like some angry low-life on a street corner. He should be considerate to your family and try to work out payment arrangements.
