The Sims 2 University won't work!!!?

I just got The Sims 2 University today. I also have The Sims 2 Glamour Life installed on my computer. When I try to play The Sims 2 University the white square with the words The Sims 2 University Expansion Pack pops up but after that goes away nothing else happens!!! I have no idea what to do!!! Please help!!!
