If someone were to visit Austin, what are the best places I would want to take them?

Austin is one of the best place for local, family-run type businesses. What are some of the best stores, restaurants, etc, to take a visiting non-Texan to? If the person would have limited visiting time, I'd want to pick some of the VERY best places to show them.
