Question about Animal crossing city folk for wii, 10 points promised!?

I want to get a shopping card on animal crossing city folk. i already deposited 10,000 bells in the ABD but nothing happened. No notice, nothing. It didn't say anything about a shopping card. I am a little confused. Can anybody help me?
